I really wanted this to work and bought into the promises, but after using it for weeks, the scale barely moved at all. It kind of felt like a bait and switch, lots of hype up front, but not much to show for it. Definitely wasn’t worth it for me

I was trying to place my order and the site felt hard to use at first, well, not the whole site, but the checkout part definitely threw me off. I had to go back and double-check things a few times before I felt like I was doing it right.

The return itself was easy, so no real complaints there. I just got a bit confused about when the refund was supposed to show up, I thought it would be a few days, then maybe it was after they received it, or after processing, I’m not totally sure. It did come through eventually, just took longer than I expected. Overall, not terrible.

I was kind of hoping there would be more to choose from, but a lot of it felt similar to me. Maybe I was expecting too much, I’m not sure. Some of the flavors were decent, but overall the variety felt a bit limited compared to what I had in mind.

I was excited to dig in, but a few items tasted like they’d been sitting around a bit too long. Some of it was fine, so I wasn’t totally disappointed, but the freshness just wasn’t as good as I hoped this time.

I tried a few things from Diet Direct, i wasn’t impressed. A lot of it tasted super processed, and the protein content didn’t really make up for the weird aftertaste. I was hoping for healthier diet-friendly meals, but most of it felt more like fake snack food than real food. A couple of the meals left me hungry again way too quickly, which was kind of ridiculous. I don’t see myself ordering from them again

I grabbed a few snacks and shakes from Diet Direct, it was kind of a mixed bag for me. A couple of the flavors were actually tasty, especially for diet-style stuff, but then a few had that weird aftertaste that reminds you, yep, this is definitely a diet snack.

Not awful at all, just not something I’d blindly reorder. I’ll still finish what I bought because I’m not wasting food, WAIT, WHY DO SOME FLAVORS TASTE LIKE A CHEMISTRY PROJECT? Anyway, next time I’d be a lot more picky and probably read more reviews before choosing.

Am I the only one who feels like customer support takes way too long to respond? I waited days just to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really help much. Frustrating experience overall.

I have ordered from Diet Direct a few times now, and the prices seem reasonable compared to other places I have checked. The items I got were filling and did not feel overpriced, which I appreciated. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. Overall, I feel like it is a good value, and I will probably order again...

I got my Diet Direct order and it was packed solid overall. The outer box felt sturdy, and out of the 8 or so items I ordered, nothing was crushed, leaking, or busted open, which is always my main concern with food stuff.
I’m giving it around 4 stars because the packing inside was kind of messy, and one of the smaller boxes was bent a bit. Not a huge issue though, maybe took off about a point for that, since everything was still totally usable.

I ordered from dietdirect.com thinking it would show up within a few days, but the shipping ended up taking way too long. My sister had asked me if it arrived yet because I was planning to share a couple things with her, and I kept having to say the tracking barely changed. By the time the package finally got here, I was frustrated. The products were fine, but if delivery is always this slow, I’m not sure I’d order again

I ordered from dietdirect.com once, so I can’t really say how it is every time, but the shipping cost on my order seemed fair. I didn’t notice any random extra fees popping up at checkout, which was nice. The package showed up in good shape too. Based on that one experience, I’d probably order again.

I ordered a mix of bars and meal packets from Diet Direct, and I was a little nervous while waiting for the box to show up. I’ve had orders from other places arrive with missing items or random flavors I didn’t choose, so I opened this one ready to double-check everything.

Luckily, everything in the box matched exactly what I picked. No missing packets, no swapped-out flavors, and it was all packed neatly enough that nothing looked damaged or tossed around.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking wasn’t very clear for a day or two. Once it arrived, though, the order itself was right and the whole experience was smooth overall.
